I personally would have liked to have the bottom unzip so that you could walk around if you wanted to. That said, if you primarily use the HQ Issue to hunt or to sleep, this will work just fine. (And it only costs about $60!)

Is it the Best Tactical Sleeping Bag?
Of course, this depends on what you plan to use it for and your temperature needs. A sleeper with arms and a hood definitely has advantages over traditional mummy-style versions. However, that does not mean that it is the best.
